I started out with a QCD Player skin and liked it well enough to turn it into a WinStep theme. The momentum seemed to build and after all was said and done I ended up with another QCD Player skin, a WinAmp skin, and a ColorPad skin!

heeroyuy - it's a NextStart and WorkShelf theme, so you'll need those programs to use it. Goto [link] for the download - it's worth it!
